Week 10 of the 2025 fantasy football season featured huge days by a mix of every position, but also several disappointing efforts by some of the league’s best options. Who were the big winners and losers? Matt Bowen and Tristan H. Cockcroft offer their analyses.
Ranking fantasy winners of Week 10
1. Jonathan Taylor, RB, Indianapolis Colts:
Taylor exploded for 49.6 fantasy points in an overtime win, with 32 carries and 35 touches. His 83-yard rushing TD in the fourth quarter and a 33-yard OT clincher highlighted the game. The performance gave him his fifth game this season with at least three TDs, tying a single-season mark behind only LaDainian Tomlinson. Taylor reclaimed the scoring lead (273.9). Caveats: a poor Week 9 and an upcoming Week 11 bye. — Cockcroft
2. De’Von Achane, RB, Miami Dolphins:
Achane posted 40.5 fantasy points, largely from the run, as Miami dominated Buffalo 30-13. He logged 22 rushing plays and produced a season-level rushing score (29.4). Five carries of 10+ yards marked a career high, and he outgained expected rushing yards by 72. With two-way volume, he’s a weekly top-five RB. — Cockcroft
3. Jahmyr Gibbs, RB, Detroit Lions:
Gibbs scored 38.2 fantasy points, his second 35+ game in four weeks. He matched a personal best with four double-digit carries, outgained expected rushing yards by 49, and added 12 receiving points. Despite some recent inconsistency, he’s a weekly top-five RB. — Cockcroft
4. TreVeyon Henderson, RB, New England Patriots:
Starting in place of injured Rhamondre Stevenson, Henderson broke out for a career-best 28.0 fantasy points, including a 69-yard rushing TD with 1:31 left. He had two 50+-yard rushing TDs in the game, a rare feat this season. If he starts again in Week 11, he’s a midrange RB2 with upside. — Cockcroft
5. Trey McBride, TE, Arizona Cardinals:
Since Jacoby Brissett became QB, McBride has surged, scoring at least 21 fantasy points three times in four games (27.7 this week). He has totaled 94.8 points over that span and has emerged as a top TE option, challenging Brock Bowers’ positional standing. — Cockcroft
6. Jaxson Dart, QB, New York Giants:
Dart posted 26.28 points through three quarters for his third 26+ game in four weeks and has 160.38 points through seven career starts (eighth-most among QBs historically). He left late for concussion evaluation after a hit; Russell Wilson relieved in the fourth. A healthy Dart is a weekly starter; monitor his injury ahead of Week 11. — Cockcroft
7. Caleb Williams, QB, Chicago Bears:
Williams scored 25.1 points in a comeback win over the Giants, using his dual-threat ability (68 rushing yards on eight carries) to extend plays and deliver the game-winning rushing TD. He’s recorded back-to-back 25+ games with 50+ rushing yards in each and should be in the QB1 mix for Week 11 vs. Minnesota. — Bowen
8. Drake London, WR, Atlanta Falcons:
London had 24.4 points (six catches on eight targets for 104 yards and a TD) and has posted 24+ points in four of five games, finding the end zone often. With a favorable matchup vs. Carolina next, he should be locked in as a WR1. — Bowen
9. Jameson Williams, WR, Detroit Lions:
Williams scored a season-best 23.9 points (six catches on seven targets) in a 44-22 win, showing big-play potential with a 10.6-yard average target depth and TDs in three of four games. He’s a risk/reward WR3 or flex against the Eagles in Week 11. — Cockcroft
10. Emeka Egbuka, WR; Tez Johnson, WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers:
Egbuka (six catches, 115 yards, TD) returned from a hamstring issue to score 23.5 points and showed play speed without injury signs. With Chris Godwin sidelined, Tez Johnson had 42 yards and two TDs for 20.2 points — started in only 6.1% of leagues. If Godwin misses more time, Johnson is a WR3 and Egbuka is a WR1. — Bowen
11. George Kittle, TE, San Francisco 49ers:
Kittle totaled 23.4 points (nine catches on nine targets, 84 yards, TD) in a loss to the Rams — a season high and second-most TE points in Week 10’s late games. He draws a positive Week 11 matchup vs. the Cardinals and remains a top-five TE. — Bowen
Ranking fantasy losers of Week 10
1. Justin Jefferson, WR, Minnesota Vikings:
The most-started WR (97.8% in ESPN leagues) produced only 7.7 points despite 12 targets. Baltimore’s Marlon Humphrey and Nate Wiggins limited him, and two interceptions by J.J. McCarthy came on throws toward Jefferson. Expect a bounce-back in Week 11 vs. the Bears. — Cockcroft
2. Bijan Robinson, RB, Atlanta Falcons:
Robinson managed 10.8 fantasy points in a 31-25 OT loss to the Colts. He had only 17 carries and was minimally involved as a receiver (two targets, four yards). He’s likely to rebound against Carolina in Week 11. — Cockcroft
3. James Cook III, RB, Buffalo Bills:
Cook’s workload suffered in a blowout loss at Miami: 13 carries (tied season low) for 53 yards and five catches for a 10.7-point total. Negative game flow limited his rushing volume; he should fare better vs. Tampa Bay next week. — Bowen
4. Michael Pittman Jr., WR, Indianapolis Colts:
Pittman had a season-low 3.9 points (2 catches, 19 yards) as Tyler Warren (10 targets) and Alec Pierce (7) took more looks. Pittman had been in a three-game 20+ point streak; he should return to WR2 status after the Colts’ bye. — Bowen
5. Sam Darnold, QB, Seattle Seahawks:
Darnold had a mistake-filled day and season-low 4.92 points, with three turnovers (2 fumbles, 1 INT) and just 12 pass attempts (10 completions, 178 yards, 1 TD). He’ll look to rebound at the Rams in Week 11. — Bowen
6. Bo Nix, QB; Courtland Sutton, WR, Denver Broncos:
On Thursday, Nix posted a season-low 5.8 points (150 yards, 1 TD, 2 INTs, -2 rushing yards) and looked unsettled on his footwork and deep ball. Sutton caught three for 24 yards; Troy Franklin is siphoning targets. Nix is a lower-tier QB1 for Week 11 vs. Kansas City; Sutton is a flex. — Bowen
7. Brock Bowers, TE, Las Vegas Raiders:
From a 43.3-point Week 9 to 3.7 on Thursday, Bowers has frustrated managers. Denver’s defense and passing struggles (including Geno Smith’s issues) contributed. He has a strong Week 11 matchup vs. Dallas, so expect a rebound. — Cockcroft
Injury impact
Dalton Kincaid, TE, Buffalo Bills
What we know: Kincaid left in the third quarter with a hamstring injury and did not return.
What’s next: Dawson Knox (68% offensive snaps, 6.7 fantasy points in the game) will take primary pass-catching TE duties if Kincaid is unable to play in Week 11. — Cockcroft
Davante Adams, WR, Los Angeles Rams
What we know: Adams exited in the fourth quarter with a back injury after scoring 19.7 fantasy points.
What’s next: Track Adams through the week; Puka Nacua would see increased targets if Adams misses Week 11, and Colby Parkinson could see more work at TE. — Cockcroft
