Dec. 11, 2025, 8:20 PM ET — Tampa, Fla. — The Atlanta Falcons and Tampa Bay Buccaneers kicked off Thursday Night Football in a key divisional showdown at Raymond James Stadium. Atlanta (4-9) has been eliminated from playoff contention, while Tampa Bay (7-6) — coming off a rough stretch in which they’ve lost four of five after a hot start — remains tied atop the NFC South with the Carolina Panthers.
This meeting is a rematch of the season opener, which the Bucs won 23-20. That night Falcons starter Michael Penix Jr. took the first snaps but is now out for the season after undergoing surgery to repair a torn ACL. Kirk Cousins is directing Atlanta’s offense Thursday.
For Tampa Bay, Baker Mayfield will start at quarterback, and he received a boost Wednesday when the team activated receivers Mike Evans and Jalen McMillan from injured reserve. McMillan is set to make his season debut alongside Evans, giving the Buccaneers a healthier receiving corps for this divisional test.
Stay tuned here for the biggest plays and highlights from Raymond James Stadium as the two teams battle for divisional pride and momentum down the stretch.
