Marbella is gearing up for a spectacular evening on Saturday, November 7, as New Era Boxing hosts its Black Tie Boxing Gala at the Hard Rock Hotel. This event promises a perfect fusion of high-stakes boxing, fine dining, and vibrant entertainment.
Title Fight: Buttigieg vs. Ndonga
The marquee match features Gibraltar's undefeated champion, Tyrone "El Bombero" Buttigieg, defending his Commonwealth super-bantamweight title against Tanzania’s Hassan Ndonga. Buttigieg, boasting a flawless record of 13 wins, is set to face Ndonga, who comes with a respectable record of 14 wins and four losses, alongside one draw and seven knockouts.
Buttigieg acknowledges the challenges he faces from Ndonga, especially after his last bout, which concluded in a narrow split-decision victory. He anticipates a tough encounter but is eager to deliver an improved performance this time around.
A Night Beyond Boxing
New Era Boxing aims to provide an experience that transcends a typical fight night. Guests will not only witness professional boxing but can also indulge in fine dining, engage in business networking, and participate in a charity auction filled with enticing prizes, such as luxury helicopter rides and exquisite jewelry.
All proceeds from the charity auction will support a chosen children's charity, with the organization selecting the benefactor through public votes on social media. As the evening unfolds, a lively after-party will ensure the night ends on a high note.
Supporting Fights and Young Talents
The undercard of the evening is set to showcase several rising stars and unbeaten fighters. Grizzly Ortiz from Algeciras will take on Britain’s Deepak Pathak, while Swedish boxer Agit Bilge seeks to maintain his perfect 7-0 record against Venezuela’s Melbyn Hernandez.
Fans can also look forward to bouts featuring Jordan Sherriff and Czech fighter Robert Toman, both of whom are eager to extend their undefeated streaks.

Tickets for the evening are available in three categories to accommodate different preferences. Standard admission, priced at €85, grants access to the boxing matches, but dining and drinks are not included.
